1) The machine consists of three parts:

1. oil phase boiler
2. water phase boiler
3. main pot

2) The hydraulic lift main pot lid upward and downward, pot will be slanted to pour out the material

3) The oil phase boiler, water phase boiler and main pot uses mezzanine steam heating, outer layer is insulation against hot, main pot mezzanine cooling.

4)  The main pot volume 200L, working volume 50-150L, ​​

Water phase boiler volume 130L, the oil phase boiler volume pot 80L

5) All button control , low-voltage electrical Schneider , Siemens converter

6) Upper stirring power 1.5kw, bottom homogenizer 5.5kw, uses Siemens motor
